07.07.2025 cry

    and i could feel it
the cry           stuck in my throat
          it's violent
                        it's loud
 

but it's  stuck  and it's stifling

              i cannot  breathe
 it won't              let me breathe

     i am choking           i am  drowning, and 
      they         won't let me breathe          

there is no one around       willing to help

    i will have to      help myself

                                  figure it out   all alone
